Contactless Delivery
We care about the safety of our customers as well as the delivery executives and to ensure that, we now bring to you a no-contact delivery option. All you have to do is select the option at checkout. Our delivery executive will drop off the parcel at your door and inform you. You can then pick the parcel up at your convenience.
Protective Equipment
All our delivery executives are being provided with masks and gloves in all affected and non – affected areas to prevent and control the spread of disease.
Daily Temperature Checks
All our executives are undergoing frequent checks for temperatures and other visible symptoms. Anybody with a temperature of above 99.1 degree F is advised to take rest and stay home.
Frequent Sanitisation
Safety and Sanitisation of the products, bags and executives is of utmost importance to The Comic Book Store. The storage units are frequently sanitized and all the packed boxes, bags and orders are sanitized thoroughly before they reach you. Gloves are used throughout the process. Executives follow the best practices of social hygiene, proper method and frequency of washing hands, as well as identification of the onset of symptoms.
Delivery Partner Safety Measures
Our delivery partners are regularly reminded and trained to maintain personal hygiene and follow social distancing at all costs. Frequent hand washing, sanitisation, and respiratory checks are conducted.
The Comic Book Store is taking all reasonable efforts to comply with the safety and health standards issued by the Government of India amidst the widespread pandemic. We thoroughly abide to all the guidelines issued.
The safety measures and standards suggested by The Comic Book Store, at no cost replace or overrule the measures prescribed by the GOI and customers are strongly advised to adhere to the guidelines of the Government and Ministry, at their end.
